Business Analyst

About the role#

As a Business Analyst on the Digital Workplace Solutions team, you will help clients streamline operations using Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint. This consulting-focused position combines business analysis, project management, and low-code development to design and deliver tailored technical solutions. This is an entry-level role for candidates with 0-3 years of experience, supported by an onboarding and training program.

What you'll do#

• Meet with clients to provide project updates and scope new business opportunities.
• Analyze business operations, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Create system specifications, workflow diagrams, and user requirements.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and implementation of solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions while keeping business goals in mind.

What you'll need#

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or Electrical Engineering (GPA 3.4+).
• 0-3+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong consulting, client relationship, and technical communication skills.
• Ability to implement low-code solutions.
• Exposure to core business systems and data, such as ERP, CRM, or data models.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
