About the role#
As a Business Analyst on the Digital Workplace Solutions team, you will help clients streamline operations using Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint. This consulting-focused role combines business analysis, project management, and low-code development to design and deliver tailored solutions for clients. This is a full-time, paid position for candidates looking to start in Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Meet with clients to provide project updates and scope new business opportunities.
- Analyze business operations to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Create system specifications, workflow diagrams, and user requirements.
- Support testing, troubleshooting, and implementation of technical solutions.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Business, Computer Science, or a related field with a GPA of 3.4 or higher.
- 0–3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong consulting, client relationship, and technical communication skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and implement low-code tools.
- Self-motivated with the ability to independently drive projects.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
