As a Business Analyst on the Digital Workplace Solutions team, you will help clients streamline operations using Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint. This consulting-focused position combines project management, business analysis, and low-code development to design and deliver tailored technical solutions. The role includes an onboarding and training program to align your skills with company offerings.
What you'll do#
- Meet with clients to provide project updates and scope new business opportunities.
- Analyze business operations to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Create system specifications, workflow diagrams, and user requirements.
- Support the testing, troubleshooting, and implementation of solutions.
- Implement low-code solutions to meet client needs.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Business, Computer Science, or a related field with a minimum 3.4 GPA.
- 0-3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong consulting, client relationship, and technical communication skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Exposure to core business systems and data, such as ERP, CRM, or data models.
- Self-motivated approach with the ability to drive projects independently.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

- Compensation: $83,000—$110,000 USD per year, based on experience and location standards.
