About the role#
This part-time position offers hands-on experience for students at Emily Griffith Technical College. You will support Denver Public Schools by maintaining the technology used for student learning. The role involves overseeing repairs, maintenance, imaging, and troubleshooting for Chromebooks used by students and staff across the district.
What you'll do#
- Service and repair Chromebooks.
- Monitor spare pool levels to ensure schools have enough supplies.
- Develop and refine workflows for cleaning and repairing devices.
- Manage and improve processes within the asset tracking system.
- Troubleshoot Chromebooks and asset tracking software, both remotely and on-site.
- Report data and trends regarding device distribution and repair rates.
What you'll need#
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Current enrollment at Emily Griffith Technical College with eligibility for Work Study employment.
- A commitment to racial and educational excellence and supporting all students.
- A permanent home address in Colorado.
- The ability to meet the physical demands of the position.
