About the role#
As a Product Management Intern, you will join a team focused on solving complex customer problems within the data and AI infrastructure space. You will work across various product areas, including AI Platform, Machine Learning, Unity Catalog, and Databricks SQL. Throughout this 12-week program, you will be supported by a manager and dedicated mentors while collaborating with engineers, designers, and internal teams.
What you'll do#
- Deeply understand the customer problem space and establish the requirements for viable solutions.
- Prototype and test early ideas with customers and engineers to validate direction before committing to a build.
- Work with engineers and designers to ship features on the Databricks platform.
- Own your project end-to-end, including design, build, launch, and iteration based on feedback.
- Build with a focus on scale, quality, and security from the start.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with an expected graduation date in Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
- Experience using AI tooling for personal productivity and development projects.
- Practical experience with SQL and/or Python.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions by analyzing product usage and other metrics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to simplify complex topics for diverse partners.

- Term: Summer 2027 (12 weeks).

- Locations: Bellevue, WA; Mountain View, CA; or San Francisco, CA.
