About the role#
As a Mechanical Intern within the Product Testing, Validation and Verification team, you will assist project managers and the validation team in preparing electric propulsion systems for future electric vehicles. You will work alongside product development, validation, and marketing teams to define, execute, and implement test strategies.
What you'll do#
- Prepare, coordinate, monitor, and report on the progress of product validation projects to meet customer schedules.
- Track and ensure the delivery of validation inputs.
- Support the Laboratory Planner to maximize laboratory efficiency.
- Maintain and update Design Validation Plan and Reports (DVP&R).
- Participate in updating the laboratory catalog of test standards.
- Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives for laboratory validation and testing processes.
What you'll need#
- Currently in your 2nd or 3rd year of a bachelor's degree in mechanical, software, or electrical engineering.
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Demonstrated experience with MS Office tools.
- A proactive, curious, and autonomous work style with leadership skills.
- Experience in project management, testing and validation, Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), or programming languages is considered an asset.
