This internship takes place in the Test Bench Group, focusing on the validation and verification of electrical motors. This is a full-time, paid position based on-site in Boucherville, Quebec, running from September through December 2026.
What you'll do#
- Design setup instructions and work orders for laboratory operators to execute.
- Create new tooling for use in the Test Lab.
- Perform tests required for fixturing validation.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in the 3rd or 4th year of a Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Siemens NX 3-D modeling software (experience with CATIA, ProE/Creo, Solidworks, or SolidEdge will be considered).
- Strong hands-on mechanical aptitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with hydraulic equipment is preferred.
- Experience with data acquisition systems and PLCs is preferred.
