    About the role#

    This is a full-time, paid Engineering Co-op position at Dana Incorporated. This role is based on-site in Louisville, Kentucky, for the Summer 2026 term.

    What you'll do#

    • Assist in the design and analysis of engineering projects.
    • Support senior engineers with daily project tasks.
    • Conduct research and gather technical data.
    • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of project documentation.
    • Participate in team meetings to support project objectives.

    What you'll need#

    • Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering.
    • Strong understanding of core engineering principles.
    • Proficiency in CAD software.
    • Basic knowledge of programming languages.
    • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
    • Strong communication skills.
