About the role#
As a Strength and Conditioning Intern, you will work in a performance training facility that serves both youth and adult athletes. You will support group workouts, provide guidance to athletes, and help maintain an environment focused on performance and confidence. This role offers hands-on experience in gym operations, coaching techniques, and athlete development.
What you'll do#
- Greet members and maintain a welcoming environment.
- Handle check-ins, scheduling, and general administrative tasks.
- Keep the facility clean and organized.
- Assist coaches during training sessions and group classes.
- Set up and break down equipment for workouts.
- Encourage and support athletes during their training.
- Learn and apply D1 coaching methodology and programming.
- Represent the brand at community events and outreach initiatives.
- Build relationships within the local community.
What you'll need#
- Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification is required.
- A passion for fitness, sports performance, and helping others.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or a related field is preferred.
- Current students or recent graduates in Kinesiology, Sports Management, or Exercise Science are encouraged to apply.

- This is a paid, full-time internship.
