About the role#
We are looking for an organized Marketing Intern to join our team in Toronto. This is a 12-month contract focused on marketing coordination, administration, and daily support. You will gain practical experience across various marketing functions while helping our team stay organized and meet project deadlines.
What you'll do#
- Provide general administrative support to the Marketing team.
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, project timelines, and marketing materials.
- Organize and maintain marketing files, templates, contact lists, and shared folders.
- Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and internal communications.
- Support social media scheduling and basic content updates.
- Help coordinate events, conferences, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Conduct basic market, industry, and competitor research.
- Track marketing activities, deadlines, and performance information.
- Support purchase orders, invoices, promotional inventory, and vendor coordination.
- Complete other marketing and administrative duties as required.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A positive, dependable attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Experience with social media or marketing tools is an asset.
