About the role#
This is a paid, 10-week summer internship for students interested in retail store management. You will work on-site to gain hands-on experience in a retail environment, learning how to lead teams and manage daily store operations. This full-time program requires a 35-hour weekly commitment.
What you'll do#
- Lead a retail team and work directly with customers.
- Learn the day-to-day operations of a retail store.
- Develop leadership skills and study management best practices.
- Complete a business-focused project that addresses a real business opportunity.
- Analyze business performance and assist with operational tasks like inventory management and stocking.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an associate or bachelor's degree program in Business Administration.
- Expected graduation date between May 2027 and May 2028.
- 1-3 years of customer service experience.
- Availability to work 35 hours per week for the full 10-week program, including evenings and weekends.

- Locations: North Bergen, Hoboken, Secaucus, Jersey City, Union City, and Bayonne, New Jersey; Naugatuck, Connecticut.
- Term: Summer 2027.
