About the role#
This is a paid, 10-week summer internship for students interested in a career in retail store management. You will work 35 hours per week on-site, gaining hands-on experience in store operations and leadership. You will work alongside store managers and district leaders to learn how to run a successful retail location.
What you'll do#
- Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
- Learn day-to-day operations and retail management best practices.
- Support operational activities, such as merchandise handling and inventory management.
- Analyze business performance and store results.
- Complete a business-focused project and present your findings to company leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an associate or bachelor's degree program, specifically in Business Administration.
- Expected graduation date between May 2027 and May 2028.
- 1-3 years of customer service experience.
- Availability to work 35 hours per week for the full 10-week program, including evenings and weekends.
- A genuine interest in pursuing a career in retail store management.
Location & details#
This position is based on-site in Bergen County, New Jersey. Openings are available in Old Tappan, Dumont, Cresskill, Ridgefield Park, Closter, Englewood, Leonia, Montvale, Westwood, River Edge, Northvale, Teaneck, Tenafly, New Milford, and Fort Lee. This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
