About the role#
This internship offers a hands-on introduction to retail management. You will work within our store locations to learn how to lead teams, manage daily operations, and improve the customer experience. This is a paid, 10-week program designed for students who want to build a career in retail leadership.
What you'll do#
- Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
- Learn the day-to-day operations of a successful store.
- Partner with Store Managers and retail leaders to learn leadership best practices.
- Support operational activities including merchandise handling, inventory management, and stocking.
- Complete a business-focused project that addresses a real business opportunity and present your findings to leadership.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor's degree program.
- 1-3 years of customer service experience.
- Availability to work 35 hours per week for the full 10-week program.
- Interest in pursuing a career in retail store management.
- Majors in Business Administration or Operations Management are preferred.
