About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to support the daily operations of our retail pharmacy. This role focuses on patient care, safety, and operational efficiency. You will assist in managing patient care programs and contribute to a team culture centered on empathy and service.
What you'll do#
- Deliver care to patients while ensuring a safe and effective pharmacy environment.
- Manage patient care programs and support inventory and workflow tasks.
- Lead with empathy and compassion for patients, customers, and team members.
- Collaborate with your team to deliver positive health outcomes.
- Provide patient immunizations once you meet state regulations.
- Align your daily work with our purpose of improving health care quality and access.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Valid intern or technician licensure, or be in the process of obtaining it.
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Physical ability to remain upright for extended periods, lift up to 20 lbs, and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and reaching.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
- Immunization eligibility is preferred.

- This position is located in MacUngie, Pennsylvania.
- The role is part-time and on-site.
- This is a paid internship with a rolling term.
