About the role#
Curious Plot is hiring a Digital Marketing Intern for our Summer 2027 program. You will join the Digital + Engagement Team to support client projects and agency needs. This is a 10-week, full-time paid internship. You will work 40 hours per week, with a hybrid schedule requiring 2 to 3 days in the office.
What you'll do#
- Brainstorm new approaches for client social media channels, email programs, and digital advertising.
- Schedule and boost social media posts.
- Monitor social media trends and share updates with the team.
- Assist with the daily oversight and optimization of digital advertising campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and provide recommendations for future work.
- Contribute to real client projects.
- Collaborate with other interns on a group capstone project.
What you'll need#
- Current status as a junior or senior in college.
- Pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, media studies, or a related field.
- Previous experience working in a professional setting.
- Familiarity with platforms like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or the Google Marketing Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- A balance of creative thinking and comfort with data analysis.

- Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota.
- Schedule: Monday, May 31, 2027, through Friday, August 6, 2027.
- Pay: $25 per hour.
- Benefits: 12 hours of medical or sick time.
