About the role#
This summer internship provides an opportunity to apply project management and business process skills within a corporate environment. You will work on well-defined projects and support project managers with administrative and logistics tasks. This role is based in Columbus, Indiana, and runs for 10 to 12 weeks during the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Manage small portions of projects and serve as a resource for the team.
- Identify, track, and resolve project issues while monitoring status.
- Assist with budget planning, research, and analytical support.
- Provide input on project plans and timelines.
- Help manage project risk and use quality tools to identify potential areas of concern.
- Maintain project notes, databases, and records.
- Document and share team learnings to support future project success.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time student in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited U.S. college or university.
- A preference for a GPA of 2.5 or higher.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the 10 to 12-week program.
- Residence within the continental United States.
- Skills in schedule, scope, resource, and risk management.
- Proficiency in managing complexity and conflict, along with a strong customer focus.
- A willingness to learn from others on the job.
