About the role#
This summer internship offers an opportunity to gain experience in human resources within a manufacturing environment. You will serve as a point of contact for employees and managers, providing support and coaching on various HR processes. This role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week and is based on-site.
What you'll do#
- Provide first-line support and coaching to employees and managers regarding HR inquiries.
- Assist in the deployment of HR programs and initiatives to enhance the employee experience.
- Offer guidance on lifecycle activities such as onboarding, compensation, performance management, and separations.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
- Manage HR data and ensure consistent delivery of processes.
- Participate in projects aimed at improving the effectiveness of HR operations.
- Ensure the voice of employees and managers is heard by relevant stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a full-time undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited U.S. college or university.
- A preferred minimum GPA of 2.5.
- Basic knowledge of data analytics, HR consulting practices, and process execution.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate needs and concerns.
- Ability to manage time effectively and a willingness to learn from others.
- Current residency within the continental U.S.
- Ability to commit to 40 hours per week.

- Term: Summer 2027.
- Compensation: Paid internship.
