About the role#
The Sales Summer Internship provides an opportunity to contribute to our corporate business operations. You will work on-site in Columbus, Indiana, during the summer of 2027. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours of work per week.
What you'll do#
- Prepare sales analyses and reports for management and marketing teams.
- Support the Synchronized Business Planning Process, specifically the demand track.
- Partner with assigned customers or regions to develop annual budgets, expense and staffing forecasts, and statistical reports.
- Create reports covering sales performance, variance explanations, and cost analysis.
- Maintain sales analytic tools using standard company processes.
- Coordinate communication between account management, field sales, and sales operations to meet strategic goals.
- Execute special projects as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current full-time enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited U.S. college or university.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, Communications, or Economics.
- A minimum GPA of 2.5 is preferred.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week.
- Current residency within the continental United States.
- Skills in sales reporting, forecasting, financial analysis, market analysis, and project management.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn from team members.
- Ability to analyze issues and apply product knowledge to manage execution.
