About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based in Columbus, Indiana. You will work on-site to support marketing initiatives while learning how our global brand strategy functions. This position offers exposure to project teams and cross-functional collaboration across different business units.
What you'll do#
- Help develop marketing plans by preparing basic market research and pricing analyses.
- Present data and customer satisfaction findings to your manager for interpretation.
- Draft marketing communications and work with leaders to build communication plans.
- Provide project management support, including tracking deadlines and communicating progress to team members.
- Learn about relevant sales systems, processes, and marketing channels.
- Observe the role of marketing on Value Package Introduction project teams.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and support team members with assigned tasks.
What you'll need#
- Current full-time enrollment at an accredited U.S. college or university pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD, MBA, or JD degree.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, Communications, or Economics.
- A minimum GPA of 2.5 is preferred.
- Ability to commit to 40 hours per week for 10 to 12 weeks.
- Currently residing within the continental United States.
- Skills in market analysis, product knowledge, and managing execution.
- Ability to focus on customer needs, analyze issues, and develop systems and processes.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- A willingness to learn from others on the job.

- Salary Range: Monthly compensation varies by degree level, ranging from $3,700 for Bachelor’s students up to $9,400 for MBA candidates.
