About the role#
We are hiring for Integrated Supply Chain Co-Op positions. This role provides hands-on experience in manufacturing, logistics, and purchasing. You will work within our Corporate Business units to solve operational challenges, support system strategies, and collaborate with global teams. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Columbus, Indiana.
What you'll do#
- Manufacturing: Assist with the planning, design, and implementation of assembly or fabrication processes. You will help define standard working methods, identify performance issues with engineering, and improve production efficiency using continuous improvement tools.
- Planning and Logistics: Manage daily supply chain operations. You will monitor and adjust planning system parameters, analyze operational data, and identify potential risks to mitigate supply chain failures. You will also participate in process improvement teams to drive consistent planning signals.
- Purchasing and Supplier Management: Support purchasing system strategies and the full flow of electronic sourcing. You will maintain category hierarchies, manage purchasing catalogs, and train internal customers. You will also communicate with global help desks and coach peers, sourcing managers, and suppliers.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university, pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD, MBA, or JD degree.
- A minimum GPA of 2.5.
- Residency within the continental United States.
- Relevant majors include Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Economics, Statistics, and other related fields.
- Core skills in supply chain knowledge, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and relationship management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on accountability and customer service.
Location & details#
- Location: Columbus, Indiana.
- Modality: On-site.
- Commitment: 40 hours per week for assignments lasting 4, 6, or up to 12 months.
- Compensation: Paid position. Monthly salary ranges vary by degree level and technical focus, ranging from $3,500 to $6,000 per month depending on qualifications.
