About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to support Ethics and Compliance initiatives. You will work on projects that require business process and project management skills. This is a full-time, paid position for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Manage small, well-defined project tasks.
- Provide administrative and logistics support for project teams and managers.
- Identify, track, and resolve project issues.
- Monitor and communicate project status to the team.
- Assist with budget planning, research, and analytical support.
- Help design and develop project plans and timelines.
- Manage project risks using quality tools.
- Maintain project notes, databases, and records.
- Document and share team learnings.
What you'll need#
- Current full-time enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited U.S. college or university.
- A minimum 2.5 GPA is preferred.
- Current residency within the continental U.S.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week.
- Willingness to learn from others on the job.
- Proficiency in schedule, scope, resource, and risk management.
- Skills in collaboration, customer focus, and managing complexity.
- An action-oriented mindset and the ability to instill trust.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
