About the role#
This summer internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Ethics and Compliance. You will work within a professional team to support business processes and project management tasks. The role is based in Columbus, Indiana, and requires a full-time commitment.
What you'll do#
- Manage small portions of defined projects and provide administrative or logistics support to project teams.
- Identify, track, and resolve project issues while monitoring status updates.
- Assist with budget planning, research, and analytical support.
- Provide input on project plans, timelines, and risk management using quality tools.
- Maintain project notes, databases, and records.
- Document and share team learnings to help improve future project outcomes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time undergraduate or graduate student in a field such as Business Administration, Human Resources, or related programs.
- A preferred minimum GPA of 2.5.
- A willingness to learn from colleagues and adapt to new assignments.
- Proficiency in schedule, scope, and resource management.
- Ability to manage complexity, focus on customer needs, and work collaboratively.
- Strong action-oriented mindset and a commitment to building trust.
- Must reside within the continental United States.

- Commitment: 40 hours per week for 10 to 12 weeks.
