About the role#
This Environmental Summer Internship focuses on Environmental Management within our Corporate Business. You will work on projects, apply business process skills, and provide administrative and logistics support to project teams. This is a full-time, paid position for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Manage small, well-defined project components.
- Identify, track, and resolve project issues.
- Monitor and communicate project status to the team.
- Assist with budget planning, research, and analytical support.
- Provide input for project plans and timelines.
- Help manage project risk using quality tools.
- Maintain project notes, databases, and records.
- Document and share team learnings.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a full-time student in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited U.S. college or university.
- A minimum 2.5 GPA is preferred.
- Proficiency in issue, scope, schedule, and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of resource plan management, business planning, and project risk management.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week.
- Willingness to learn from others on the job.
- Current residency within the continental U.S.
Location & details#
- Location: Columbus, Indiana or remote home office.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Commitment: Minimum 4 months to 6 months, up to a maximum of 12 months.
