Crustdata is seeking an AI Solutions Engineering Intern to join our team in New York. This role sits at the intersection of technology and sales, offering an opportunity to take ownership of customer integrations and shape our go-to-market strategy. What you'll do#
- Prototype customer solutions by building lightweight scripts and integrations to accelerate customer go-live timelines.
- Partner with Account Executives to design and perform product demos.
- Serve as the technical voice for customers by translating their needs into actionable product feedback for the engineering team.
- Drive onboarding and adoption by helping enterprise clients operationalize Crustdata within their data stacks, CRMs, or AI pipelines.
- Scale documentation and tools by creating technical playbooks, templates, and guides to improve integration efficiency.
- Contribute to the development of our go-to-market strategy.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program such as Computer Science, Business Administration, Data Science, Marketing, Communications, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- A technical background with a strong interest in sales functions such as SDR, AE, or Customer Success.
- Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly and persuasively to non-technical audiences.
- A scrappy, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build systems and documentation from scratch.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a tenacious approach to problem-solving.
- A systems-oriented mindset focused on building leverage and replicable processes.
Location & details#
- Location: On-site in Brooklyn (Williamsburg), New York.
- Employment: Full-time internship.
- Compensation: $4,000 - $6,000 per month.
- Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship is available for this role.
- Term: Rolling.
