About the role#
This internship offers an opportunity to learn and take ownership while building a foundation for career growth. You will work at the intersection of technology and sales, helping enterprise clients operationalize data within their stacks, CRMs, and AI pipelines.
What you'll do#
- Prototype customer solutions by building lightweight scripts and integrations to accelerate go-live timelines.
- Partner with Account Executives to design and perform product demos.
- Serve as the technical voice for customers, translating their needs into product feedback for the engineering team.
- Drive onboarding and adoption for enterprise clients.
- Create technical playbooks, templates, and guides to scale documentation and streamline future integrations.
- Contribute to go-to-market strategy.
What you'll need#
- A technical background with a desire to gain experience in sales roles such as SDR, AE, or CS.
- Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly and persuasively to non-technical buyers.
- A scrappy, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to build systems and tools from scratch.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a focus on solving customer issues.
- A tenacious approach to problem-solving and a systems-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment and a willingness to work hard.
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Data Science, Marketing, Communications, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
