About the role#
CoVantage Credit Union is hiring a Youth Apprenticeship Student Teller for our branch in Rhinelander, Wisconsin. This is a part-time position with a pay range of $15.00 to $22.13 per hour, based on experience. Benefits include a 401k match, an annual bonus, HSA contributions, and paid time off for community service.
What you'll do#
- Greet members as they arrive and provide professional service.
- Handle transactions in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Direct members to the right person when they need additional assistance.
- Process all transactions accurately and completely.
- Balance your cash drawer at the end of each day.
- Follow all credit union policies and relevant state and federal regulations.
- Promote credit union services to help members find greater financial value.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with a wide variety of people.
- Punctuality and a professional appearance.
- Intermediate math skills.
- Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office software.
- Bilingual fluency is preferred but not required.
