About the role#
Corning is looking for a Data Analytics Intern to join our Environmental Technologies segment. You will support technical projects in manufacturing by analyzing data and building tools that help our engineers make informed decisions. This role involves working with large data sets and communicating complex results to the team.
What you'll do#
- Manage and manipulate large data sets.
- Develop methods to detect process data anomalies.
- Create dashboards to assist engineers with their daily tasks.
- Build predictive tools to guide business and technical decisions.
- Devise graphical methods to explain your results to others.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Science.
- Graduation date of December 2027 or later.
- Experience with data analysis software, such as Python, R, or PowerBI.
- Ability to work on-site for 10 weeks during Summer 2027.
