About the role#
The Procurement Analyst Intern joins the Source-to-Pay Managed Services practice at Corcentric. This developmental role focuses on learning how our solutions support customer procurement processes. You will work alongside experienced team members to assist with purchase order reviews, sourcing activities, supplier research, and reporting. This internship provides exposure to procurement and finance across various industries while helping you build analytical and communication skills.
What you'll do#
- Learn customer business processes and the system configurations that support them.
- Assist with sourcing requests and bidding events like RFQ and RFP processes.
- Research potential suppliers and help with vetting and onboarding.
- Perform benchmarking and analysis to evaluate supplier pricing proposals.
- Use AI tools to streamline processes and identify procurement trends or issues.
- Prepare draft reports, presentations, and recommendations for team review.
- Monitor operational procurement KPIs and customer metrics.
- Participate in team meetings, training, and feedback sessions.
- Share ideas to improve customer buying processes or team efficiency.
- Complete assigned projects and administrative tasks accurately and on time.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in supply chain, procurement, business, finance, data analytics, information systems, or a related field.
- Foundational ability to organize, analyze, and interpret data.
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Ability to follow documented processes, ask questions, and incorporate feedback.
- Comfort working in a remote team environment.
- Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn new systems.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
- Experience using AI tools for business practices is preferred.
- Prior coursework or experience in procurement, analytics, or customer service is preferred.

- Term: Winter 2027 (December through February).
- Modality: Remote.
- Employment Type: Part-time (minimum 20 hours per week).
- Compensation: Paid internship at approximately $20 per hour.
- Location: Based in the United States, with a preference for candidates in the Eastern Time Zone near Cherry Hill, NJ, Philadelphia, PA, or Bethesda, MD.
