About the role#
Consigli Construction Co., Inc. is hiring a Project Management Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Utica, New York. You will work directly with Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Superintendents to support the execution of construction projects.
What you'll do#
- Support the project team with daily operations and field tasks.
- Process submittals and manage the flow of project information.
- Maintain accurate project documentation while keeping workflows on schedule and within budget.
- Attend project meetings and record meeting minutes.
- Track and inspect material deliveries on site.
- Handle additional tasks as assigned by the project team.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- You have a clear interest in construction management and the industry.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer tasks.
- You possess basic math and accounting skills.
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- You are organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
- You show strong initiative and problem-solving abilities.
- You can maintain discretion and confidentiality.
- You are detail-oriented and follow directions effectively.
