About the role#
Consigli Construction Co., Inc. is hiring a Project Management Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Waterville, Maine. You will work directly with Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Superintendents to coordinate and execute construction projects. This role provides hands-on experience with project documentation, scheduling, and field support.
What you'll do#
- Support the project team with daily tasks and operations.
- Process submittals and manage the distribution of project information.
- Maintain project documentation to ensure processes remain on schedule and within budget.
- Attend project meetings and record accurate minutes.
- Track and inspect material deliveries on site.
- Adapt to the needs of the project team by taking on various assigned tasks.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's Degree program, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
- A clear interest in construction management and the construction industry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer tasks.
- Basic math and accounting skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet strict deadlines.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to follow directions and maintain confidentiality.
