About the role#
The Project Management Co-op provides hands-on support to Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Superintendents. This full-time, on-site role focuses on the coordination and execution of construction projects, including project documentation, scheduling, and field support.
What you'll do#
- Support project leadership with the coordination and execution of assigned construction projects.
- Process submittals, gather and distribute project information, and maintain high-quality documentation to ensure tasks remain on schedule and within budget.
- Attend project meetings and record accurate meeting minutes.
- Assist with the inspection and tracking of material deliveries.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by the project team.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Architecture, or Environmental Engineering.
- Demonstrated interest in construction management and the construction industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer efficiency.
- Basic math and accounting skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to follow directions, solve problems, and handle multiple responsibilities while meeting deadlines.
