Project Management Co-op (Spring 2027)

About the role#

The Project Management Co-op supports Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Superintendents in the coordination and execution of construction projects. This full-time, on-site role provides hands-on experience in project documentation, scheduling, communication, and field support.

What you'll do#

• Assist Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Superintendents on assigned construction projects.
• Process submittals, gather and distribute project information, and maintain high-quality documentation to ensure processes remain on schedule and within budget.
• Attend project meetings and accurately record meeting minutes.
• Assist with tracking and inspecting material deliveries.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the project team.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Architecture, or a relevant field.
• Demonstrated interest in construction management and the construction industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer efficiency.
• Basic math and accounting skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities, follow directions effectively, and maintain confidentiality.

• Location: Orono, Maine, United States.
• Term: Summer 2027.
• Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week).
• Modality: On-site.
