About the role#
Consigli Construction Co., Inc. is hiring a Project Management Co-op for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Orono, Maine. You will work directly with Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Superintendents to coordinate and execute construction projects.
What you'll do#
- Assist the project team with daily operations and assigned tasks.
- Process submittals, gather information, and distribute documents while maintaining project records.
- Attend project meetings and record accurate minutes.
- Track and inspect material deliveries on-site.
- Support the team to ensure processes remain within budget and on schedule.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program, specifically in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or Architecture.
- A demonstrated interest in construction management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer tasks.
- Basic math and accounting skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow directions effectively.
