About the role#
The Project Management Co-op supports Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Superintendents in the coordination and execution of construction projects. This full-time, on-site role provides hands-on experience in project documentation, scheduling, communication, and field support.
What you'll do#
- Assist Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Superintendents on assigned construction projects.
- Process submittals, gather and distribute information, and maintain high-quality project documentation.
- Attend project meetings and record accurate meeting minutes.
- Assist with the tracking and inspection of material deliveries.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the project team.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or Architecture.
- Demonstrated interest in construction management and the construction industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer efficiency.
- Basic math and accounting skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.

- Location: Orono, Maine.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: Full-time, on-site.
- Compensation: Paid position ($23 - $28 per hour).
