Project Management Co-op

About the role#

Consigli Construction Co., Inc. is seeking a Project Management Co-op for the Fall 2027 term. This full-time, on-site position provides hands-on experience in construction project coordination, documentation, and field support. You will work directly with Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Superintendents to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.

What you'll do#

• Assist and support Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Superintendents on assigned construction projects.
• Process submittals, gather and distribute project information, and maintain high-quality documentation.
• Attend project meetings and record accurate meeting minutes.
• Assist with tracking and inspecting material deliveries.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the project team.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, Operations Management, or Logistics.
• Demonstrated interest in construction management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer efficiency.
• Basic math and accounting skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while meeting strict deadlines.
