About the role#
The Project Management Co-op supports Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Superintendents in coordinating and executing construction projects. This full-time position provides hands-on experience in project documentation, scheduling, communication, and field support.
What you'll do#
- Assist Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Superintendents on assigned projects.
- Process submittals, gather and distribute information, and maintain project documentation.
- Attend project meetings and record meeting minutes.
- Assist with tracking and inspecting material deliveries.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the project team.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Architecture, or Industrial Engineering.
- Demonstrated interest in construction management and the construction industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer efficiency.
- Basic math and accounting skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and time management skills.

- Location: Milford, Massachusetts.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week).
