    About the role#

    The IT Co-op role provides hands-on experience in IT system management and technical support. You will work directly with the Support and Jobsite Operations teams to troubleshoot technical issues, maintain hardware and software, and assist with security protocols. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Milford, Massachusetts, for the Fall 2026 term.

    What you'll do#

    • Provide technical support to Support and Jobsite Operations teams.
    • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
    • Support the IT team with system updates, backups, and the implementation of security protocols.
    • Document technical procedures and provide end-user support and training.
    • Manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently while maintaining organizational standards.
    • Travel to various office and jobsite locations as needed.

    What you'll need#

    • Currently pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Proficiency with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Basic knowledge of computer setup, peripheral connectivity, and IT infrastructure.
    • Understanding of networking concepts and protocols such as TCP/IP, DHCP, and VPN.
    • Experience with Active Directory Domain Services is preferred.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer service-oriented mindset.
