About the role#
ConnectiveRx is hiring Pharmacy Technician Interns to join the team on a part-time, contractor basis. This role involves working under the direct supervision of a pharmacist to review prescription orders, manage data entry, and support pharmacy operations. This is a rolling opportunity based in Pennsylvania.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflows and meet quality requirements.
- Handle inbound calls from patients and prescribers regarding prescription status.
- Contact healthcare provider offices to obtain missing patient or prescriber demographic information.
- Review inbound faxes for adverse events and enter cases for Entyvio.
- Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Must be at least 17 years old and enrolled in an accredited pharmacy program as a PY1 student or higher.
- Must be registered with the Pennsylvania State Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Intern.
- Knowledge of pharmacy operations and relevant state and federal regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Teams.
- Ability to work in an on-site, closed-door office environment.
