About the role#
This internship offers hands-on experience supporting end users within a desktop computing environment. You will work with our IT team to maintain and upgrade systems across multiple locations. This position is based in Windsor, Connecticut, and runs on a rolling basis with full-time hours available.
What you'll do#
- Install, diagnose, repair, and maintain PC hardware, network, and voice equipment.
- Troubleshoot technical issues through in-person, phone, and email support.
- Provide timely assistance to end users to ensure system performance.
- Gain practical knowledge of IT operations by supporting systems across various sites.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's level program for Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- A valid driver's license.
- Previous experience is helpful but not required.
Location & details#
- Location: Windsor, Connecticut.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Schedule: 20 to 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- This is a paid internship.
