About the role#
Comfort Systems USA is offering an 8-week summer internship for the Summer 2026 term. This program provides students with real-world work experience and the tools needed to transition into the professional world. Interns will rotate through various divisions and work on business-focused projects.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with department members and participate in group decision-making processes.
- Rotate through different divisions to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
- Manage self-directed tasks and support team members.
- Complete designated business projects, including researching, proposing solutions, and delivering a final presentation.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or Economics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with others.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- A self-sufficient approach to work and decision-making.
