About the role#
DynaTen is seeking interns for the summer of 2026 to join our team in Fort Worth. This program provides hands-on experience and insight into the construction industry. You will work across various areas of our business, including construction, pre-construction, service, sales, controls, and safety. The goal is to help you connect your education to real-world business operations.
What you'll do#
- Work with business leaders to learn the construction industry and our core values.
- Translate your classroom experience into practical knowledge.
- Participate in cross-functional projects with other interns and leaders to address current business challenges.
- Develop and present business recommendations to senior leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a college student.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A commitment to integrity and quality.
- A positive, self-motivated attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
