About the role#
This is a 12-week internship during summer 2027 within the Institutional team. As a Sales, Trading, and Prime (STP) Intern, you will rotate through two functions such as Sales, Account Management, Execution Services, Financing, Solutions Architecture, and Research. You will work with sophisticated institutions to introduce products, provide market insights, and deliver client feedback that informs product development.
What you'll do#
- Rotate across two STP functions to build a comprehensive view of institutional client needs.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, producing competitor analysis and market commentary.
- Create pitchbooks and outreach materials for client presentations and high-value prospect engagement.
- Triage and follow up with inbound leads to qualify sales opportunities.
- Track progress across product campaigns.
- Research and propose process improvements that grow and strengthen the STP business.
What you'll need#
- Currently in your junior year of an undergraduate program, graduating as a senior in 2027, with demonstrated academic achievement.
- Majors in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Marketing.
- Knowledge of the crypto and blockchain industry and familiarity with financial markets.
- Ability to contextualize market trends for institutional audiences.
- Experience with crypto ecosystems through personal use, coursework, or projects.
- Prior experience in a sales or business development role with a track record of generating leads and building relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to produce clear, structured written deliverables.
- Ability to utilize generative AI responsibly.
