About the role#
This is a 12-week internship during summer 2027. You will join the Employee and Workplace Experience team to help standardize and future-proof our real estate strategy. You will work alongside Design, Builds, and Workplace Experience teams to improve processes and create consistency across our office portfolio. This role provides hands-on experience with project lifecycles, from initial planning to final execution.
What you'll do#
- Create scalable frameworks to plan, design, and deliver workplace experiences.
- Partner with internal teams to streamline project execution and identify process improvements.
- Support cross-functional projects by assisting with planning, stakeholder alignment, milestone tracking, and post-project evaluations.
- Research industry trends and internal data to provide recommendations for our real estate strategy.
- Develop tools, playbooks, templates, and guidelines to help teams work more efficiently.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree or certificate in real estate, business, urban planning, facilities management, project management, or a related field.
- Knowledge of project management fundamentals, such as timeline tracking and milestone reporting.
- Experience working with multiple teams or stakeholders to complete shared tasks.
- Ability to turn data, benchmarks, and feedback into clear, structured recommendations.
- Experience creating documentation like process maps, playbooks, or presentations through coursework or previous internships.
- Interest in workplace strategy and real estate operations.
- Ability to use generative AI responsibly while maintaining human oversight.
