About the role#
This is a 12-week internship for Summer 2027. You will join the Accounting team within Finance to gain hands-on experience across various accounting operations. You will support month-end and quarter-end close processes while contributing to accounting transformation projects. Expect to work with international stakeholders and teams across the organization.
What you'll do#
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting schedules for month-end close cycles.
- Collaborate with Global GL Operations, Revenue Accounting, Digital Asset Inventory Accounting, and Capital Markets teams.
- Contribute to accounting projects like system logic implementations, process enhancements, and product launches.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation, including non-US subsidiary statutory financial statements.
- Maintain process documentation and ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and procedures.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a BA/BS degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Foundational knowledge of US GAAP.
- Demonstrated analytical ability in accounting or finance contexts, such as variance analysis or financial modeling.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with SQL, Snowflake, Looker, or similar analytics tools.
- Experience with digital assets and the crypto economy.
- Ability to use generative AI responsibly to improve workflow efficiency.
