About the role#
This internship provides hands-on professional experience within our operations team. You will work alongside experienced professionals to gain exposure to daily processes and initiatives that support our business objectives. This is a paid, full-time, on-site role based in Homewood, Illinois.
What you'll do#
- Support ongoing projects and operational activities.
- Conduct research, gather information, and assist with data analysis.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Participate in meetings, track action items, and follow up.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders on various assignments.
- Assist with administrative and organizational tasks.
- Contribute ideas to improve team processes.
- Complete special projects as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college, university, or post-secondary program.
- Ability to return to studies following the internship term.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to analyze information, think critically, and solve problems.
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
- Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset.

- Compensation: $19.05 to $29.95 per hour, based on degree type and graduation date.
