About the role#
We are hiring a Student Labourer to join our aquatics team for the summer of 2026. This is a part-time, on-site position based in Kitchener. We welcome students from programs such as Kinesiology, Public Health, Real Estate, Psychology, and Communications.
What you'll do#
You will help keep our aquatic facilities clean and well-maintained. Your work involves supporting our lifeguards and supervising swimming activities to ensure a safe environment. You will also talk with patrons and answer their questions throughout the day.
What you'll need#
We look for people who are enthusiastic about working in an aquatic setting. You should have strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. A basic knowledge of water safety is required. You must be able to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the facility.

This role is located in Kitchener, Ontario. It is a paid, part-time position for the summer term.
