About the role#
Circle of Life is hiring caregivers to provide non-medical support to clients in their homes. This position is suitable for students in nursing or other healthcare programs who need a flexible schedule. We offer shifts that work around your classes and provide hands-on experience in the healthcare field.
What you'll do#
Your daily tasks depend on the specific needs of each client. You will provide companionship and supervision while helping with personal care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming. You will also prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and provide medication reminders. Additionally, you will assist with recreational activities and run errands or provide transportation to appointments and events.
What you'll need#
We look for people who are compassionate, empathetic, and dependable. You must be able to work independently and follow a formal care plan. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required. You should be comfortable providing personal care and have a valid driver's license or reliable access to transportation. All applicants must meet pre-employment screening requirements. A CNA or PCA certification is not required to start.

This role is based in Rogers, Arkansas. It is an on-site position. We offer flexible scheduling and full-time hours are available.
