About the role#
We are looking for a customer service intern to join our team in Trois-Rivières. This is a full-time position with a rolling start date. You will work on-site to support daily store operations and ensure a positive experience for our customers.
What you'll do#
- Welcome customers and provide quick, accurate service.
- Handle transactions and balance the cash register.
- Assist management with administrative tasks and bank deposits.
- Monitor and authorize fuel pumps.
- Stock shelves, handle product rotation, and manage labeling.
- Prepare coffee and food items.
- Keep the store clean and organized.
- Contribute to sales goals and store profitability.
What you'll need#
- You are friendly and smile often.
- You have strong customer service skills.
- You are comfortable speaking French.
- You are able to stand for long periods.
- You can lift and move merchandise weighing up to 12 kg (25 lb).
