About the role#
Cintas offers a program for interns to gain a broad understanding of our business and the professional services industry. You will rotate through various departments to see how our operations function. This role combines hands-on training with direct interaction across the company to help you build your professional toolkit.
What you'll do#
- Participate in a structured program covering all areas of the business.
- Learn about the professional services industry through direct exposure.
- Engage with multiple departments to understand their specific roles.
- Develop your skills in leadership, organization, communication, and time management.
What you'll need#
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook.
- Availability to start within two weeks of accepting an offer.
- Prior experience in a customer service, sales, production, or administrative role is preferred.
- Experience in a leadership or management role within campus or extracurricular activities is a plus.

- This is a full-time, paid internship based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
- The role is on-site.
- This position follows a rolling term.
