About the role#
Cintas is looking for an intern to join our program. You will gain a broad understanding of our business operations and the professional services industry. This role focuses on exposing you to different departments to build your professional skills.
What you'll do#
- Take part in hands-on training across the company.
- Work with multiple departments to learn how our business functions.
- Build your skills in leadership, organization, communication, and time management.
What you'll need#
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project.
- Availability to start within two weeks of an offer.
- Preferred experience includes previous internships in sales, customer service, production, or administration.
- Preferred academic background in business or a related field.
- Preferred experience in a leadership or management role through campus or extracurricular activities.
