About the role#
Cintas offers a temporary internship program designed to provide comprehensive knowledge of our business and the professional services industry. This role exposes you to different departments through a mix of hands-on training and cross-functional interaction.
What you'll do#
- Rotate through various departments to gain a broad understanding of our operations.
- Build your skills in leadership, organization, communication, and time management.
- Participate in practical training exercises.
What you'll need#
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook.
- Availability to start within two weeks of receiving an offer.
- Experience in a customer service, sales, production, or administrative role is preferred.
- Prior leadership or management experience in campus or extracurricular activities is a plus.

- Schedule: Full-time, 1st shift.
