    About the role#

    The Employee Experience team shapes the end-to-end journey for staff across the bank. As a co-op, you will support projects that improve internal programs and create more streamlined experiences. You will contribute to research, reporting, and the design of materials that support our broader strategy. This role involves working with various partners to identify gaps and improve how employees interact with company resources.

    What you'll do#

    • Coordinate daily activities for employee experience initiatives and manage project timelines.
    • Assist with research and analysis to identify trends and content gaps.
    • Build presentations and content to support knowledge management and internal communication.
    • Work with team members, people leaders, and stakeholders to gather input and move initiatives forward.
    • Suggest ideas to streamline content and improve workflows.
    • Provide administrative support with a focus on accuracy and organization.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a post-secondary program in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Organizational Behaviour, or a related field.
    • Intent to return to full-time studies following the work term.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to communicate detailed information clearly.
    • Legal eligibility to work in Canada.
    • Experience with AI, Power Automate, or Power BI is an asset.

    Location & details#

    • This is a full-time, paid position based in Toronto, Ontario.
    • We operate under a hybrid work model, with 1-3 days per week required on-site.
    • This role is for a rolling term.
