About the role#
This is a paid, full-time summer internship running from May 31, 2027, to August 6, 2027. You will work on-site in Leawood, Kansas, gaining hands-on experience across various departments within the church. The program focuses on leadership development and team building while providing you with the space to apply your specific talents.
What you'll do#
You will support the daily operations and ministry goals of the church. Responsibilities include assisting with:
- Student and Kids Ministry and the Early Learning Center
- Care and Mental Wellness
- Pastoral duties and Discipleship
- Donor Relations
- Individuals with Special Needs Ministry
- Marketing and Graphic Design
- Technical Production and Audio/Video
- Traditional and Modern Worship
- Administration and Information Technology
- Missions Engagement and Online Ministries
- Finance and Operations
